Recommended blade and pressure settings for TPU film

Baseline settings for TPU cutting and how to adjust them when the film is too thick or too soft.

For most TPU screen protector films, start with blade scale 5 and pressure 300.

If the film is not fully cut, increase pressure gradually. If the backing paper is cut too deeply, reduce pressure or blade depth.

Always test with a small sample before cutting customer material.
